Our office is looking for a senior lawyer with solid legal experience and strategic vision to be part of our team specializing in providing high-quality legal advice. You will be responsible for leading major legal cases, providing accurate legal advice, and representing clients before judicial and administrative bodies, ensuring the best legal outcomes in accordance with the highest professional standards.
🧠 Tasks and responsibilities:
- Providing specialized legal advice in various branches of law (civil, commercial, real estate, etc.).
- Preparing and reviewing legal contracts and agreements to ensure the protection of clients' interests.
- Representing clients before courts, judicial and administrative bodies.
- Supervising and guiding assistant lawyers in completing legal tasks.
- Monitoring legal and legislative updates and providing appropriate recommendations.
- Contributing to the development of the firm's legal strategies and enhancing the quality of services provided.
📚 Required qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized university (preferably with a higher qualification).
- At least 7 years of experience in the field of law, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- License to practice law in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- High skills in legal analysis, drafting memoranda, and negotiation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple legal files efficiently.
- Excellent command of Arabic, and proficiency in English is preferred.
